Life happens and if you do need to re-schedule, please notify Oceanwave Healing Arts as soon as possible.

Late arrivals, short-notice cancellations, and no-shows

Of course, things come up, and unexpected delays or emergencies happen. The first time a client misses an appointment, I will make a note in your file 🙂

Appointment Cancellation

Oceanwave Healing Arts Policy:

• Any cancellation or rescheduling made past noon the day before the scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount will be equal to the booked services.
• Late-arrival – if you are more than 20 minutes late for your session, we may not be able to complete your session. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. However, I will do my best to reschedule your session for another time that is convenient for you.
• Your cancellation fee may be applied to future offerings in a true, unavoidable emergency.

If a cancellation is necessary, please notify Oceanwave Healing Arts of any changes or cancellations 24 hours before your appointment via our contact form.
